Love wearing Air Maxes but can’t wear them during the Fall/Winter cause they’re not weatherproof? Well that all changes now as Nike has created new Winter Utility iterations of some of your favorite Air Maxes, including the Air Max 97 that we see above.
This colorway of the Nike Air Max 97 Winter Utility comes covered in shades of grey which has been constructed out of a one-piece waterproofed upper. For color we see the addition of neon green wrapping all around the upper as well as on the branding on the side panels and on the Air Max unit on the midsole.
The newly introduced Nike Air Max 200 is unveiled in a new “Red/White” colorway, as the silhouette that is defined by a new side-vis Air unit that offers 200% more Air compared to the traditional side-vis Air unit, in addition to boasting a full-length cushlon foam for underfoot cushioning. Composed of mesh and suede with synthetics, the runner is also detailed with an eye-catching wavy pattern. Finally, a white midsole and icy translucent outsole solidifies the style.
London-based Facebook group “The Basement” has teamed up with the Swoosh for another colorway of the classic Nike Air Max 90. Nicknamed “Manchester,” this pair captures Manchester’s fearlessness, as the model is composed of two densities of hard-wearing and water-resistant Cordura. Other details consist of plastic eyelets and suede mudguard, while the highlight is directed at the removable Swoosh logos in four different color options. Completing the look is a black midsole and “Real People Do Real Things” printed on the icy translucent outsole.
